Announcements and Thanksgiving

Here's a list of items we've been working on behind the scenes and some things to come:

1. The Parks at Cascade has New Curb Appeal!! - We had our curbs cleaned and Our new gate system and actuator installed!

2. Trucks / Construction Amendment Filed - This amendment outlines formal protocol and a fining structure. It encourages continued respect for all and for maintaining the beauty of our community.

3. Fall Fest/ Movie Night Success- Round of applause and many thanks to Tammi, Kelly and their team for coordinating this event.

4. Rental Amendment coming soon. Expect Poll

5. December (2nd week) Community Video Call Meeting - We wish for all residents to attend this informative meeting. Important news and updates will be shared. Specific Date Time coming soon.

6. Our Website has a NEW look - Now all you have to do is "Sign Up". And, it's EASY! Then visit often as our website becomes more complete, interactive and informative in the coming months.

7. Holiday Decorating - Thanks and appreciation to Deborah and her team for decorating and bringing the holiday cheer to our community. It looks great! Again, we remain thankful for all your support, timely dues payments, suggestions and assistance. No small gesture goes unnoticed. Enjoy your Thanksgiving! Best, Natasha Edwards
